Motif Practice is a music practice tracking app. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data, such as your email address and sign-in method, including Google sign-in if you choose it.
• Profile data, such as your display name, username, bio, and avatar or profile image if you add one.
• Practice-log data, such as sessions, Pillars, notes, durations, goals, and other activity you save in the app.
• Basic technical data needed to keep the service working, such as session information and error logs.

How we use your data

• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To store and show your practice history, profile, and app settings.
• To operate, maintain, and improve Motif Practice.
• To troubleshoot bugs, prevent abuse, and protect the app.

Google sign-in

If you sign in with Google, we receive basic account information from Google so we can create or access your Motif Practice account. We do not get your Google password.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers that help run Motif Practice, such as authentication, hosting, storage, and infrastructure tools, and only as needed to operate the app.

Your choices

You can update your profile information inside the app, and you can stop using the service at any time. If account deletion is available in the app, deleting your account will remove the related data tied to it unless we need to keep limited information for security, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.

Motif Practice is an MVP and will keep evolving. This policy may be updated as the product changes. When that happens, the updated version will be posted on this page.
